The historic building, dating back to 1757, exudes a warm atmosphere, while the young and vibrant team makes the place welcoming and lively. They offer local microbrewery beers, Quebec ciders, and privately imported wines (from here and elsewhere), alongside a few signature cocktails. The more adventurous can opt for the "hidden menu," a six-course tasting menu for which only the grocery list is revealed. A must-try!
